The number of unbanked households dropped again in 2021 – by 17%! – thanks in no small part to the work of nearly 100 #BankOn coalitions like ours. The @FDIC found that over 44% of the 1.2 million newly banked cited the stimulus payment moments as critical to their decision to open an account.
